About Us
Valley Oaks Park is a manufactured home community that has been family owned since 1965. It is located just off Interstate 15--6 miles from Fallbrook, 10 miles from Temecula and 20 miles from both Escondido and Oceanside.

We welcome both families and seniors to an attractive neighborhood nestled in a live oak grove with creeks and valley views. We are located next to Pala Mesa Golf Course
(18 holes, par 72).

Residents own their own homes and pay monthly space rent which includes cable t.v. and twice-weekly trash collection. Homes are available for sale through local realtors.
